OFFICIAL EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR FOR TEXAS, OKLAHOMA, AND LOUISIANA UNITED USA PAGEANTS

 Melissa Trawick-Sullivan is a proud Texan, accomplished entrepreneur, and dedicated community leader with a lifelong passion for empowering others. A graduate of Great Plains Area Vo-Tech and Southwest Texas State University, Melissa has built a diverse career spanning hospitality management, consulting, event production, nonprofit advocacy, and pageantry.  

Melissa currently serves as the Executive Director for the Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana United USA Pageants, where she is committed to developing confident leaders through the principles of legacy, character, and community service. Her extensive pageant experience includes serving as Executive Director of Miss San Antonio, Director and Board Member with the Miss Texas Scholarship Organization, Texas Executive Director for Miss United States, and recruiter and chaperone for both the Miss Texas USA and Miss USA organizations.  

Beyond pageantry, Melissa is the owner of On Point Professional Consulting, Precision Notary TX, and The Eatery, a community-focused dining experience serving residents in San Antonio. She is also actively involved in organizing community events that bring people together through friendship, service, and fellowship.  

A devoted wife, proud grandmother, and passionate advocate for women and families, Melissa believes that true success is measured not by titles won, but by lives impacted. Through her leadership and example, she continues to inspire others to pursue their dreams while making a meaningful difference in their communities.
